TO was ordered to pay the Eagles part of his signing bonus.  Owens must pay $1.725 million of his $2.3 million bonus back to the Eagles.  Before landing in Dallas, and in love with Tony Romo, Owens burned the Eagles, QB Donovan McNabb and management to the point that the team suspended Owens indefinitely.
