Bill Parcells has been cleaning house at his new position with the Miami Dolphins. After a horrible season there will be many changes in philosophy with the team. Simply put, Parcells builds winners. He brought in Jeff Ireland as general manager from the Cowboys and fired coach Cam Cameron. The search is now on for a new head coach but look for the Dolphins to be a contender next year.
In other NFL coaching news, Patriots Bill Belichick beat out Green Bay Packers Mike McCarthy for the coach of the year award.
