NFL: Troy Brown, Patriots part ways?

The Boston Globe reported that the Patriots told 15-year veteran, who has played his entire career for the team, that he would not be offered a contract.  Brown, a free agent, is the teams career leader in receptions, punt returns and punt return yardage.
