Suing to regain ownership of the Seattle SuperSonics, Howard Schultz claims that part of the deal was that Clay Bennett would make a good faith effort to keep the team in Seattle. With the release of emails that, as soon as two weeks after the sale, claimed that the owners wanted the team in Oklahoma City from the beginning. Schultz’s lawsuit wants the sale reversed.

Good luck with that. He lost the Sonics when the Sale went down. I don’t think the court will find him in favor and the Sonics are gone..!!!
