Kobe and the Lakers beat the Spurs in five games to move into the NBA Finals as the team to beat. It looks as if the opponent may not matter as the Lakers are running on all cylinders and will have a few days extra rest before playing game one.
The Pistons and Celtics are battling in game six now with the Celtics looking to clinch. Either way, it is a bit of a return to old NBA with Detroit and Boston looking to take on LA in the finals…which the league could use…especially if it is Boston v. LA (don’t tell the refs).
