Pittsburgh set this game up with a thrilling triple-overtime win in Detroit and gives its fans one last time to cheer. The Red Wings can clinch the Cup and head coach is fumed about a couple of interference calls last game. This sets up what could/should be a great game. Playoff hockey is great and when the teams have battled like the Pens and WIngs have, it makes all the better.
With a win the Penguins send the series back to Detroit for what would be a memorable game seven in Hockeytown. A Red Wings win will give the Pittsburgh fan a taste of what it is like to see a team hoist a Stanley Cup…leaving a bitter taste to see the visitors celebrate on your ice.
