So much for Charlie Weis leading the Irish to offensive glory.
A few weeks after throwing the offensive coordinator under the bus, Weis, who assumed play call duties, lost to the 3-8 Syracuse Orange…at home…and led by almost two TDs going into the fourth quarter.
